1. What this covers

Dreamfit generates synthetic imagery: we combine your uploaded photo with selected clothing using AI to create a virtual try-on. The output is not a genuine photograph and is not presented as one.

Underlying technology. Dreamfit's image features run on our service tiers — Dream Image Lite, Dream Image Core and Dream Image Ultra — which are powered by the FLUX family of image models by Black Forest Labs (FLUX.2 [klein] 4B, Apache 2.0; FLUX 3 Image Klein, FLUX Community License). These are third-party open-weight models, not self-developed models.

2. Visible labeling

Every AI-generated image on Dreamfit displays a persistent "AI-GENERATED" watermark/badge, and result pages state that the imagery is AI-created. This satisfies EU AI Act Art. 50(1) (disclosure that content is artificially generated).

3. Machine-readable metadata

4. No deceptive manipulation

Under Art. 50 we do not use Dreamfit to generate content that depicts real people, objects, or events in a misleading way presented as genuine (e.g. fake endorsements, fake news). Our consent flow (see Portrait & Biometric Consent) and acceptable-use rules prohibit such misuse.

5. How to identify our content

6. Reporting & redress

If you believe content violates this policy or impersonates someone, report it to [email protected]. We review reports and remove violating content and accounts.

7. Effective date

EU AI Act Art. 50 obligations apply from 2 August 2026. Dreamfit has implemented labeling and metadata from launch and will update this notice as guidance evolves.
