Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Dreamfit account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country, e.g. 16 in parts of the EEA) and legally able to form a contract. You confirm the photos you upload are of yourself or you have the rights and consent to use them.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google (one-tap OAuth). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

4. The service

Dreamfit generates AI-synthesized virtual try-on imagery from a photo you provide and clothing you select. Results are illustrative only — they are not photographs of you wearing the real garment and do not represent true fit, fabric, color, or size (see Disclaimer). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Your content & license

• You retain ownership of photos you upload and the generated images.
• You grant Dreamfit a limited, revocable license to process, host, and display your content solely to operate the service (including temporary sending to our GPU processor, RunPod).
• You are solely responsible for your content and warrant you have the rights to upload it and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their explicit consent, or of minors for try-on.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real people, or content that harasses, defames, or deceives.
• Use the service to impersonate others or for fraud, or to train competing models.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or circumvent limits.

7. Subscriptions & "creates"

• Paid plans (e.g. Free $0 / 3 creates per day by daily sign-in (valid 7 days) · VIP Pro $4.99/mo / 250 creates · VIP Max $9.99/mo / 600 creates) auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
• "Creates" are a virtual balance consumed per generation based on the selected service tier (Lite 1 / Core 2 / Ultra 4). Monthly creates reset on your renewal date; sign-in creates expire 7 days after being credited. Extra packs (e.g. $4.99 / 50 creates) may be offered.
• Prices are in USD. Taxes may apply. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep remaining creates until the renewal date. Current periods are not refunded unless required by law.
• Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your full card number.

8. Refunds

Because generations are delivered instantly, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. We may refund at our discretion or where required by law (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off does not apply once service use has begun). Contact [email protected]. Accidental double charges are refunded in full.

9. Affiliate links

"Shop the look" links may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not the merchant; purchases, returns, and product issues are handled by the third-party store (see Disclaimer and Privacy Policy).

10. Intellectual property

Dreamfit, our name, logo, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not use them without permission. Claims of copyright infringement can be sent to [email protected] (DMCA agent). We terminate repeat infringers.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results are accurate, that the service is uninterrupted, or that any output is fit for a particular purpose. See the full Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamfit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dreamfit against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may close your account anytime from Account → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy (purged within 30 days).

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict rules, and you consent to jurisdiction in Delaware. EEA consumers retain mandatory local protections. For disputes, we favor good-faith resolution and, where required, the competent court of your residence.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
