Everything about photos, generation, plans, and your rights — in plain language. Can't find your answer? Contact us.
A clear, front-facing photo of one person only — full-body or half-body, with a plain background if possible. Avoid blurry images, cut-off limbs, objects covering your body, or busy backgrounds. When uploading, click "New to upload? Check photo upload tips." to see a visual guide of what to use and what to avoid.
JPG and PNG. Any common photo size works — very small images (under ~500px) may reduce result quality, so use the largest version you have.
Your photo is used to generate your results and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove your uploads and results from Account at any time. We never publish or share your photos.
Every upload passes an automated compliance check before generation. It blocks content that is prohibited — for example, sexually explicit material or violent imagery. This keeps Dreamfit safe for everyone and is a condition of the technology we license. Photos that fail the check are not generated and nothing is charged.
Only with their permission. Uploading someone's likeness without consent is not allowed — see our Portrait & Biometric Consent policy. If you believe your likeness has been used on Dreamfit without permission, contact us immediately and we will act on it.
Three steps: upload your photo, pick a garment from the Closet (or a random style), and choose a Dream Image service tier. AI combines your photo with the garment into a single realistic preview — usually within seconds to half a minute depending on the tier.
Yours — the result is built from the photo you uploaded. For our showcase and marketing imagery, every model face is AI-synthetic; we never use a real person's likeness. Finished images carry an AI-generated mark.
Results are realistic visualizations, not physical measurements. Color and cut reproduction is very good on balanced and quality tiers, but always treat the image as a preview — check the retailer's own size chart before purchasing. Small details (buttons, stitching) may differ slightly from the actual product.
Technically yes, but the person in the photo must have consented. See the portrait consent policy linked above — consent is your responsibility.
Every finished generation is saved to Account · My results automatically, so you can view, download, or re-edit them later — even if you close the window mid-generation.
Anything you can describe in a sentence: change garment colors ("make the jacket bright red leather"), remove the background or random people, blur backgrounds, restyle into anime, clean up blemishes, and more. If the edit involves clothing, the more specific your prompt, the better the result.
It upscales your photo to roughly double resolution with sharpened detail — handy before printing, listing, or posting. It runs as a separate enhancement pass, so it takes a little longer than a normal edit.
Try rephrasing with concrete, visual words ("bright red leather jacket" beats "make it cooler"). Keep one clear change per prompt, and regenerate — results vary between runs. If a generation fails on our side, the create is not deducted.
They are three service tiers — the same engine at three speed/quality points:
Dream Image Lite — fastest, good results. Great for quick experiments.
Dream Image Core — balanced speed, excellent results. The default for most people.
Dream Image Ultra — slowest, our best quality. For final looks you plan to keep or publish.
On the upload page, click "View differences between service tiers." to see a side-by-side visual comparison.
Start with Core — it suits most photos. Use Lite when you're exploring styles quickly, and switch to Ultra when you've found "the one" and want maximum fidelity.
Yes — faster tiers are lighter on your plan's creates, and Ultra uses more. The exact cost per generation is shown with your plan on the Pricing page.
One finished generation. The cost depends on the service tier you pick: 1 create on Lite, 2 on Core, 4 on Ultra. If a generation fails or is interrupted by us, the creates are not deducted.
No. Your balance resets to the full amount on each monthly renewal date.

If a generation fails repeatedly or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right — either restores your creates or refunds the affected amount. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Personal use is fine on any plan. Pro includes a commercial licence for social media and online shop listings; Max adds a full licence for brand, ad, and listing imagery. You may not resell the generation service itself or use results to violate others' rights.
Yes. Every finished image carries an AI-generated mark, and we disclose the underlying technology in our AI Content Disclosure. We believe honest labeling is non-negotiable.
Under each showcase result we link the real garment so you can buy it. Those links may be affiliate links — if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which garments appear or how results are generated.
Garment imagery comes from product listings and stock sources used under their licenses; copyright stays with the respective owners. Your generations are for previewing and creating with those garments per your plan's licence.
No. If a generation fails or is interrupted by us, the create is not deducted. If you ever see a charge that looks wrong, contact us and we'll fix it.
Usually it's the photo, not you: try better lighting, a plain background, one person fully in frame, and no overlapping objects. See the upload tips guide linked on the upload page. If a legitimate photo is still rejected, contact us with the photo attached and we'll look into it.
Email us with the image or link and a short description. We treat likeness misuse and prohibited content reports as top priority and respond as fast as we can — see our Legal Center for the relevant policies.
Head to our Support & Contact page — real people read every message, usually within 1–2 business days.
Small tasks, free creates — on top of your daily sign-in bonus.
Creates earned here behave like sign-in creates: valid for 7 days.
