Quick fixes for common issues

Upload rejected by the photo check

Better lighting, plain background, one person fully in frame, no overlapping objects. See the visual guide under "New to upload? Check photo upload tips." on the upload page, or the photos FAQ.

Generation is slow

Speed depends on your service tier — Dream Image Lite is fastest, Ultra is slowest but best. Check the tier selector on the upload page, or compare tiers in the FAQ.

Can't find my result

Even if you closed the window mid-generation, finished results are saved to Account · My results. Still nothing there? Email us below.

Billing question

Failed generations are never deducted. For anything that looks off, read Plans & billing FAQ first, then contact us with your account email.

⏱ Response time

We reply within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Reports of misuse or likeness violations are prioritized.

Your account email, the page you were on, what happened, and a screenshot if relevant — it makes everything faster.

Only send photos you have the right to share. We use attachments solely to resolve your request — see our Privacy Policy.
